They call them 'breaded pork tenderloins' around here, but yeah - pretty much the same thing.

That was the 'Blue Plate Special' in the office cafeteria today.  With a side of macaroni salad. (which didn't fit on the plate, it is in a separate bowl)    She broke out the big hoagie rolls, as the hamburger buns looked tiny..

I meant it wasn't as PLATE-SIZED as those ones you Iowa boys get!

SS...  That was in the cafeteria where STC works.
Lots of places around here make them like that.
They take a slice of pork loin, about 1/2" thick, and pound the heck out of it, season it, bread it, and fry it...
Some places make them bigger than your head...
