Title: Double CT Ribs

Got a couple slabs rubbed with some dry rub and my fav CT sauce.

Now in the bin and fridge for a slow smoke tomorrow  ;D  Ribs will get 3 more coats of CT

I keep a jug of CT in the fridge mixed with a combo of my fav rubs and let them get all happy with each other. Use it on pretty much everything. I can pour some out and increase heat or sweet when needed. You know your hooked when you buy gallons in 2 case lots.

Amen, brothers!

My Dad's 70th Bday was today, so my Aunt had a party for him and my young niece.  I reheated some bbacks and some 'country style' ribs I smoked a couple weekends ago.  I doused them in CT and some Memphis style rub when I smoked them.     
(also hit some chicken breasts with CT)

The CT brought a lot of flavor to the party.

Mmmm CT sauce. Coming to Canada soon folks. Nice looking ribs Rick. We should have ours early this coming week. Can hardly wait.

Very nice Rick! Used CT with Jan's Spicy Dry Rub on split chicken breasts yesterday.  Turned out incredible tasting.
