Title: Central Illinois serrano-laced corn beef hash
Post by: squirtthecat on August 06, 2010, 06:29:13 PM
Just a hodge podge..     Leftover patrami-ish rubbed corned beef out of the pressure cooker, some hashbrowns, one locally grown Serrano (http://lh3.ggpht.com/_CbvAIVzmFFM/TFqho4mZpfI/AAAAAAABNt4/Mt7otnMgHvY/s800/20100805063323.jpg) pepper.

Not really..     Almost like I hit it with a few splashes of Tabasco.
