Smoked, wrapped and powdered. I think I could like that last place. Jack and Coke works for me. I know, I know a real man don't mix Jack, but I am from north of the 49th. We mix everything. 8)

Wish I was up there. Too damn hot down here in Texas. Went to Winter Park week before last to help brother for a few days and man was the temp nice.

i think they're commercial/industrial sized stick burners. a lot of bbq places around here use them.
Missed it by a few days -- headed to RMNP area tomorrow.
STC - you're close. Those Southern Prides are commercial, most are gas fired wood burners, made for the restaurant biz. Real logs with a gas flame, the gas flame is optional, with very good thermostatic control. About $10-$15 k for one.
