BBQ!!! A Lot of my family from WV is in town this week so you know I had to smoke some meat and feed them some good ol BBQ. So I over did it as usual ;D but it sure was fun. My wife thinks I have a problem because I cook too much food... (but what does she know ;)) I was a little apprehensive about cooking the brisket because the last time I cooked it it was dry, but man I'm glad I did because it turned out great! ;D ;D ;D I love bbq's but having the family in town made it extra special. We had quite the spread: Brisket, Butt, fried chicken, macaroni salad, baked beans, pasta salad, taco dip, and fresh veggies (corn, green beans, peppers and tomatoes) that were grown in my family's garden in WV. Oh and I cant forget the desert: cake, ice cream, and cupcakes. I also just had to throw on a corned beef brisket so I could make the Reuben sammies later this week. Now for the pics....Boston butt injected with garlic butter and rubbed with jans rub and smoked with mesquite chips
