Hey there! Just bought,after reading all the great info on this site...a 6 rack digital....and am seasoning her up right now!

Going to do a batch of Salmon this afternoon and have been brining since last night as per the instructions on here...so thanks for all this awesome info and in case anybody wanted to see a virgin smoker...here's a pic....;)
