Title: Pork vs beef ribs
Post by: lumpy on August 11, 2010, 02:07:55 PM
Hey all
I've made tons of pork ribs but yet to have made beef ribs.
I had some at a BBQ comp a few days ago and thought they were great.

Same formula?

Thanks in advance
