Title: Newbie Salmon smoker
Post by: shuswap kid on August 15, 2010, 09:27:50 AM
Here's the deal, I have 3 Spring fillets to smoke and a self feed Bradley smoker, and no clue. So confused by the variety of ways to smoke, just wanting a simple fool(idiot) proof recipe from brine to freezer. Kinda like to have a more of a dried finish product like my grandfather did in his old wood smoker. Any help would be very appreciated.sooner the better!
