Hello everybody just got done smoking 16.5# of bacon today. Just wanted to post a few pictures since i know how everybody likes pictures. My little helper buddy wanted to get in the pics as well.

That is a NICE picture! Your helper's eyes are glued on that Bacon!

Bacon looks mighty fine.

Looks like you got a helper for life!

It looks like your helper did a great job.  :)
I can't get pork belly here but I'm due to make some buckboard bacon soon.

Looks great - I'm ready to try my first bacon attempt.  What curing method did you use ??
