I had to work late tonight so I decided to throw on some hot dogs and make some mac n cheese. While raiding the fridge I saw some leftover chopped brisket from Sunday. So here's what I threw together:
Nathan's hot dog, mustard, ketchup, mustard, cole slaw, onions and chopped beef brisket.

Holy Cow, you guys gotta try this hot dog. A top 5 in my book.
That looks just Killer!
You may have something there.
Awesome!
I hope that is a cold mug o' beer in the top/left of the pic..
Nice!
I went to Super Duper Weenie (it was on Diners, Driveins&Dives) on Saturday - - Had a dog with coleslaw & chili - it was great but the brisket sounds even better!
Now that is the way life oughta be.
Pachanga
:( no cold beer last night....
After devouring my brisket hot dogs last night I went out to see how much chili I had frozen from my last chili cook. Next time I need another hot dog fix I'm gonna put some of that chili in the food processor with some brisket and have brisket chili hot dogs.....
Man they sure were good, wish I had some at the office for lunch today....
Here is Cincinnati we are use to having our dogs with chili and cheese - but damn, chopped brisket sounds great.
I'm trying this tomorrow.
"brisket chili" just came on my radar... Hmmmmm.
"brisket chili" sounds like a winner to me!
Damn this sounds good
Brisket doggies
Well if the dominate ingrediants are the dog and the slaw, why not some leftover pulled pork?
Maybe not with the brisket but as another alternative to brisket, especially if it happens to be what you have leftover

I love that slop they call chili down there, especially since it's prevalent here in the capital city as well, but calling it chili doesn't seem right to me.
I also can't put ketchup on a dog out of principle, but brisket dogs sound pretty awesome.
I like mustard and onions down in the bun, then the dog, another run of mustard, a good chilli, handful of more onions and cheese.
If you dont lick you fingers or the back of your hand and if you don't use a dz napkins, you did something wrong.
Chips or fries to scoop up everything that fell out of the dog while you were tryin to eat it. Ymmm
I had a Pastrami Dog (http://lh5.ggpht.com/_CbvAIVzmFFM/TFbCdf7hdQI/AAAAAAABNpk/wOaww53yZAg/s800/20100728203900.jpg) at a baseball game out in NYC.. Quite tasty.
(I won't say what I paid for it)
The pickled red onion relish was interesting..
I have a recipe for that onion relish laying around somewhere that I've been meaning to make but haven't yet if you want it, squirt. I've been told it's very good.
