Got a small rack of dino bones going to do today. Using some Head Country seasoning on em. Undecided on what smoker to go with  ;D

Had a few ribs left over from making ribeyes so did them up the other night.  Just used the grill & some chunks of wood...

Used Cajun-style rub so I guess they're more properly known as Dino Beauxnz.
