THAT is a staple at the House.

They make a series of 4 of those "Louisiana Gold" sauces.

(Original Red Pepper Sauce, Jalapeno Pepper Sauce, NEW Wasabi Pepper Sauce and NEW Horseradish Pepper Sauce)

The one you have to me is the best.

It's a good tasting sauce with a mild amount of heat.

pens, this is from their web site ....

"A premium blend of tabasco peppers with other choice peppers for a zesty tabasco
pepper bite without the strong vinegary tabasco pepper taste"

The first ingredient is red peppers, then tabasco, spirit vinegar and salt. I pretty sure the red peppers are bell peppers. Like the description that CRG posted it is zesty, but not that much heat. When I taste it by itself, it has an unusual after taste but it is not noticeable when you place in on food. If I compare it with Tabasco sauce, it's about less then half the heat and very little vinegar taste.

The description sounds good to me. I like a little heat but don't want to suffer!
