THAT is a staple at the House.
They make a series of 4 of those "Louisiana Gold" sauces.
(Original Red Pepper Sauce, Jalapeno Pepper Sauce, NEW Wasabi Pepper Sauce and NEW Horseradish Pepper Sauce)
The one you have to me is the best.

It's a good tasting sauce with a mild amount of heat.

The first ingredient is red peppers, then tabasco, spirit vinegar and salt. I pretty sure the red peppers are bell peppers. Like the description that CRG posted it is zesty, but not that much heat. When I taste it by itself, it has an unusual after taste but it is not noticeable when you place in on food. If I compare it with Tabasco sauce, it's about less then half the heat and very little vinegar taste.
Aint tried it yet, found it yesterday at ShopRite
The description sounds good to me. I like a little heat but don't want to suffer!
