Looking at buying one this month, How many butts can one smoke at a time?

Depends on the size of your butt![:D][:D]

Having done it a few[;)] times, you're best off only doing 4. 6-7# each are the best as their height will not interfere with loading & unloading.

You can do 9-10#, but you have to be picky on selection & get those with a low profile. Whatever you do, offset each butt left to right to allow for better smoke & heat circulation.

4 butts=12-16 hours, depending on weight, ambient etc. HTH.

Welcome, Jay! Make sure you give Chez a call before buying your BS, and don't be fooled by thinking you might save a few bucks somewhere else . . . whether it's sooner or later, you'll be happier if you give Chez a call.
