QuoteHere is my contribution.

Contibution?  Looks like you took care of the whole block with nothing else to bring.  Well, maybe not the beverages.

McKinney!!!  I thought that looked like a Texas bark on that brisket.  Nice looking smoke all around.

Thanks for the photos and post.

Good luck and slow smoking,

Pachanga

Looks like you nailed that one Tito!

I might have to give that Grub Rub a second try.

Seems like that is your go to rub.

You get the Thumbs Up Award!

The family loves this rub the best so I stick with it.

1/4 cup Kosher Salt
1/3 cup coarse black pepper
3/4 cup Grub Rub

My sister is in McKinney and my parents are in Plano.  I love that area....

I guess I need to get off my butt and get some of that Archer Farms sauce and see what its all about.

Was moving slow after Friday night and the block party last night.  Someone ran off with my camera so I didn't get pictures of the butt pulled , brisket cut or ABTs and sausage after smoking.  Butt was a huge hit.  I personally felt the brisket was lacking but it got good reviews.  Starting to question that rub now.

The ABTs were the hit of the party.  Obviously did not make enough them.

Glad it was fun.

Tito, did you look in the fridge for your camera?

That's where I usually find mine. ;D

There was about 80 people.  Our neighborhood knows how to party.  Four other briskets cooked as well.  A few pretty good, a few not so good.  I had the only butt.  Requests already coming in for more butt and ABTs
