I am a newbie from Colorado.
I love smoked meat/fish but I grew tired of paying top dollar for somebody else's smoked meats so I bought my own 4 rack and I am going to start smoking my own!!
I don't know the message board "lingo"....what does FTC mean????
I am sure to ask many questions on here and hopefully everybody's advice will limit my mistakes!! :)
