College football is upon us and it is also my favorite smoking time. Start the butt and/or brisket when the Friday night game starts and finish it when ESPN Game Day predicts its winners (about noon).
Aside from the emotional pick due to your local team or your alma mater - who does everyone think is going to take it all?
While my heart is with Alabama, I think it is going to be tough to repeat.
Why Texas of Course! ;D
Roll Tide!
But, don't expect such diplomacy when you ask about basketball... 8)
Go Hawkeyes. And Northern Iowa Panthers. wishful thinking

I'd rather watch a dump swirl around after a flush.
Was that dump you were Texas football! ;D
No, basketball. I guess there's a reason they call it dribbling - kind of something a kid would enjoy doing. ;D

Be sure and take pics .... remember ..... NO PICS, NO DUMP! ;D
Not much of a football fan but I'm looking forward to smoking and hockey. ;D
If any of the talk is true and Pryor is the leader that they say he's turned into since the Oregon game, I think my Buckeyes have a good chance to make it back to the top and actually win instead of look like @$$holes on the big stage. They said they want 30 throws a game from him so his arm must be ridiculous this year. That's not typical big ten play. Either way, I'm looking forward to something with a little more contact than golf...

Yeah... Well... I'm studying up...
Just as soon as learn all the official rules and finer points of
obese-stink-rat-wrestling-to-the-death...
I'll probably forget all about that
silly basketball thing. ;D
I'm a big Ohio State Buckeye fan and I also have season tickets for the UC Bearcats.
But when it comes to Basketball --- UK

Touché!
Seriously, Kev...
Sometimes, I spit my bourbon
just thinking about that "duel" between you and that stinky desert mongrel.
That's one of the funniest stories
EVER.
