Title: snack sticks

Hello new to the site i have a question has anyone tried using breasts from ducks and geese to make snack sticks and if so how did they turn out I usally smoke my birds whole or breast them for jerky looking to try something new  .Thanks for any input mad max

I made duck sticks a couple years ago. Did the normal way 4.5 lbs of duck breast and thigh cut with 1/2lb of 90/10 GB. Turned out decent.

Thanks nepasmoker iam going to try was not sure what to mix the breasts with iwas going to use pork or bacon.but ill go with what you did mad max

I have done them with honkers and beef trim and they were great, don't grind to fine. I made the pepper stick recipe, most like them a little warm.
