Title: Need advise on Baby Back Ribs
Post by: JMory on September 02, 2010, 11:18:39 AM
After multiple tries, I finally achieved nice tender ribs in my Bradley using the 3-2-1 method (3 hrs smoking at 250, 2 hrs cooking at 250 encased in foil with pan of apple juice, 1 hour with sause)  with one rack of baby back ribs. My question is; should I increase the times (if so how much) if I want to cook three racks simultaneously?

At that temp, you should be fine as is.
