Can some one recommend a good book with instruction and recipes for someone new to using the bradly smoker?

Plus just post the meat you are cooking and what you would like to do with it. In a short time you will get numerous replies. Also if you have any problems or questions during the cook, just post them and you will be amazed at the quick and useful help you will get.
