My smoker was out in the rain for an hour or so doing some bacon. As soon as I realized it was raining I unplugged it. It was still gernerating smoke. I brought it inside and wipped it down. Is there anything else I can do either than let it sit and dry out for a couple of days and hope for the best?
If you let it dry out all the way ... u should be ok
If you want to make sure ...get some compressed air and blow it out good.
and let it sit some more
Alot of people don't bring their smoke Gens in after they use them. They just cover them up.
If you really want to make sure go to: http://www.susanminor.org/forums/showthread.php?481-Bradley-Smoker-FAQ-s&p=748#post748
and look up how to take apart the smoke gen and make sure it's dry
