Thanks for the replies and yes Kommok whenever the smoker is going there are people knockin the door down.

just a guess but i would say about 15 pounds give or take.

Beautiful chinook06!  I pretty much missed out on the Kings this year due to work pressure and a small run this year in my part of the world.  Not sure I could have matched those pretty pictures even if I had the fish.  Great work and great pictures!

VERY GOOD LOOKING FISH. WHAT KIND OF BRINE DID YOU USE? The finished fish look like there is a glaze on them. That is just one good looking batch of fish!!!!

The fish looked gr8 as dose the GRAND NATIONAL in the back grand not allot of those around any more. :o :o
