One these days or nights when its cold and we are all sitting around the fire i will tell ya'll why i cant stand to eat wings  :D

I just make em for the wife and daughter.

Here is my basic garlic n herb wing mix.

1/2 c. olive oil
2 T. parsley flakes
6 cloves garlic chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. basil
1/8 tsp. nutmeg

Mix together all the dry, coat the wings with the olive oil and mix in the garlic and then sprinkle the dry on the coated wings. Mix well. You can Q these on a 375 to 400* grill or whatever you like to do em in for 30 mins or until done.

I cant stop looking at your garlic wings pics and thinking to myself, I wish that this would be part of Nepas' FL Smoke Out menu....  Hint Hint  ;)  ;)  Especially after seeing your garlic comment in the coal miner's spaghetti post.
