Hello everybody. I was thinking about trying some dried beef. I found a recipe in the book= Great sausage Recipes and meat curing by Rytek Kutas. Just wondering if anybody tried it and how did it turn out?? Any help would be great!! Thank you

I've got the book too but have not tried the recipe. I do regularly make dried beef though such as bresaola and carne salada from http://lpoli.50webs.com/Sausage%20recipes.htm#DRY (http://lpoli.50webs.com/Sausage%20recipes.htm#DRY). Both are delicious.
