Title: Bacon wrapped cheese sticks
Post by: TMB on September 08, 2010, 02:08:08 PM
Kimmie and I decided to try different things in bacon. Well here is one that was a big hit! They went fast, so looks like I need to make another run to the store!

TMB told me a little about this on the phone yesterday. It was their wedding anniversary get-to-gather and the more he told me about what they did with bacon the more I was afraid to ask. Enough said!

Happy anniversary!

These were cooked in TBE not a smoker. Time was about 18 to 20 min's on high (using the 25 lbs unit Costco model)  A smoker would take way to long for me, but I am working  Kimmie so I can get a Bradley!
