I was getting ready to do a smoke bologna using Soileau's as the rub. Squirtthecat sent me a package the other day and I think he sent me the wrong package.

I did some Soileau's Bologna just about how you are doing yours. Gave a buddy of mine a hunk of it that was just about the same size as the hunks in your pic. Saw him last night and asked how he liked the bologna. He must have liked it pretty well. He ate the entire hunk in one setting along with a quart sized vac seal bag full of pulled pork that I gave him! :o :P :)
That is some good stuff.
That is some good stuff.
That should be goooood..
I never thought about actually sprinkling it on something.
(I eat it with a spoon!)
Sorry about forgetting to post the finish product!

The smoked bologna I did is gone!
My Wifey even liked it.
Looks mighty nice.
Thanks CRG,
My daughter loves smoked bologna... This was the first time I used Soileau's and I thought it was pretty damn good.
After I smoked mine, I still fried it. It was mighty nice.
Thanks for the Idea.
