Got 4 blocks going today.

Muenster, Pepper Jack, Alpine Swiss & Horseradish. Getting Apple smoke with 5 pucks then a vac seal.

Boy, for a guy who didn't smoke cheese until last year, you sure have jumped on that train! ;)  Just kidding Rick.

Looking good.  I need to do some cheese myself.
