should I get up every 4 hrs and flip or turn rack from front to back or just let it smoke. sittin here watching the modified race from loundon nh, that I taped earlier today. I also bought some baby backs that i will put in the morning.. ;D

I like to stay up until the smoke is done then change empty the water and used pucks and refill with hot water before I go to bed.

yea I put 4 hours of smoke in. I will get up around 1 and 2am and do that thanks.

Just let the smoke roll.  After 4 hours of smoke dump the water bowl and refill.  It's good to go from there.  GR's got you on this.

well at 1:15 am it was at 129 deg at 6:30 this morning it was @ 150 deg. little chilly here in CT. down in 60's. your right it was a good race, typical T.C gets wrecked won't talk to media. they say thats why he never made it to the top. Ryan Newman can drive the wheels of a modified . 3 for 3 this year.
