Title: Smoked Cheese Again

Got some cheese smoking today for a friend down in Amish country. Going to get 5 pucks of cold smoke Apple.

2 Vermont White Sharp
1 yellow mild
1 Monterrey jack
1 Colby jack
1 Swiss
1 white sharp cheddar
