Well I took the dive and finally did a pulled pork.
Wife and I picked up a small boneless Shoulder-butt.
I lathered it with mustard then my "let's just wing it" rub of brown
sugar, paprika, garlic & pepper.
Dropped her in the smoker (210F) around 9:PM last night and gave it
4 hours of Maple smoke. It hit 190F IT today around 12:Noon.
I let it FTC till 3:PM then gave her a pull.
Wow, so moist!
Going to chow down on it in another 45 min or so.
