I went to WM and was flexing the packer briskets as the other shoppers looked at me like I was nuts. They all were very flexable so I picked one out and took it home. I aged and flexed it for three weeks like I learned to do on this site. I thought the way this is flexing it is going to be the best brisket I have ever had. When I opened it and removed from package I found out why it was so flexable. They had made three slices through the fat and about one third the way through the meat. So I am wondering if anyone else has seen this?
Sounds like dirty pool to me!
I really only like to get my meat still in the cryovac if at all possible.
I have seen a few slices, but not like you described.
That's just not fair!
I've always been very suspicious of that smiley face that rolls back the prices.
Bet he's the culprit.
