Can you direct me to where u can find the vaunted vinegarette.

Here are a cple more.

Quick And Easy Vinegar Sauce
1 Cup White Vinegar
1 Cup Cider Vinegar
1 Tablespoon Red Pepper Flakes
Mix all ingredients.

Vinegar Sauce For Pulled Pork
2 Cups Cider Vinegar
2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
2 Teaspoons Salt
1 Teaspoon Fresh Ground Black Pepper
1 Teaspoon Cayenne or Red Pepper Flakes

If you have a store near you that sells Nakano Rice vinegar, try using that instead of the cider vinegar if you want a slightly sweeter taste. They make a variety of flavors, but for the vaunted vinegar I use the Original flavor. But all the flavors are good and will work, except maybe the Balsamic. The Nakano Balsamic flavor does not do it for me. If you want that type of flavor in your pulled pork then use regular Balsamic vinegar.
