Hello all. I have been smoking with OBS for about three years now...and loving every minute of it...messing with rub, sauce and sides, never happy (just dont want to stop messing ;) ) Decided to join to be a part of a community with the same hobbies. Exchange (and 'borrow') ideas, and appreciate good BBQ. Will be popping into the forums regularly, and may occasionally attempt to challenge ICB!!!
