HAS ANY ONE USED THERE BPS TO SMOKE SAUSAGE THINKING OF DOING 1LB STICKS

You prob could if you used the top 2 racks and rotated them 180* so the heat over the burner did not cook the sausage.

However it might be hard to regulate the heat at 140-180* for smoked sausage. Now cooked smoked sausage at 200* and above no problemo  ;D
