Title: Smoked Pickled Onions

Did a smoke of 3 med sz onions and in a pickle solution.

Cut onions and place in jar. Add 1 tsp of sugar to the top of the onion slices. Pour apple cider vinegar to the jar filling 2/3. Top the jar with cold water to the top. Fix lid and ring to jar and fridge for 3-6 days.

You can add 1 T pickling spice to the liquid and boil for 15 mins. Let this cool before you add to the onions.

Wow I love onions, i have some questions though
1. what are sz onions and how long and hot did ya smoke them.
2. what is 1 T?
