Title: Conversion Program

Hi everyone

I have a recipe for Sweet Lebanon Bologna that i need to cut down from a 50 pound batch to a 5 & 10 pound batch. Anyone run into a good conversion chart or program.

What i'm looking for is one that can break the 50 pounds down to 5 or 10. The whole recipe

For the 5lb multiply each ingredient by 5/50 which is equal to 1/10 or 0.1.

For the 10lb multipy each ingredient by 10/50 which is equal to 1/5 or 0.2.

I did manage to get a good taste of 7 T of mix for 5 lbs of meat
