Hi everyone
I have a recipe for Sweet Lebanon Bologna that i need to cut down from a 50 pound batch to a 5 & 10 pound batch. Anyone run into a good conversion chart or program.

Thanks Hal
What i'm looking for is one that can break the 50 pounds down to 5 or 10. The whole recipe
For the 5lb multiply each ingredient by 5/50 which is equal to 1/10 or 0.1.
For the 10lb multipy each ingredient by 10/50 which is equal to 1/5 or 0.2.
Mike posted a link to a recipe converter some time ago but I've lost the link, hopefully he will be along soon. If not just google "recipe converter".
