I was playing around today with nothing much to do so I decided to try some Nekkid Ribs! Well they was not actually Nekkid Ribs I did use the very last of my John Henry's Pecan Rub on them. By Nekkid I mean I didn't do the normal 3-2-1 foil thing. I just did the 3-2 1/2 run. I did sauce half of the rack with Rudy's BBQ Sauce. The other half was just the rub. Here is a couple of pictures of what I will be taking to work with me Wed and Thurs night. Nice Meaty Spare Ribs!!
Coming in out of the Bradley (Sauced on the Left)

These baby's will make your tongue slap your face looking for more!!!
Those are beautiful. I'm really liking the color that the Pecan Rub is putting on them. My buddy CRG sent me some of that and I haven't had a chance to use it but after your write up in the newsletter and seeing those ribs, I've got to try that real soon.
Yeah Larry they are that good!! You will love the stuff. I am going to order more of it here real soon.
The ribs look great Chris. As Ky said, really nice color. You'll be the envy of your co-workers if there's any left by then. ;D
Would you look at that color!
Outstanding job Chris.
If they taste half as good as they look...
Great tasting ribs 10.5 Those must have been the ribs you were babysitting while we spoke in the chat room. Gonna order me some of that John Henry's Pecan Rub for my next ribs. OK, I'll bite ... did you use Pecan for the smoke? ::)
Ribs are kickin'.
That John Henry Pecan is some nice stuff.
They are located on my way to Allied Kenco.
Maybe we could do a Large batch buy.
I sorta feel like the second-generation Italian (faux indian) called Iron Eyes Cody, with the glycerine tear running down his cheek. EXCEPT my tear is genuine - Them thar things are gaw-jus!
Well looks like you were actually doing something while we were chatin. You done good real good, now give yourself a good healthy pat on the back.
P.S. Still waiting for your locality.

Nice looking ribs. I love Rudys. My dad had some last time I was visited him in TX. I need to get him to ship me some.
Chris, I am sooooo disapointed, here I thought of the 3-2-1 as gospel, and you go off and do something awesome like this. Now I'm dazed and confused.
Ok Kevin it was a fluke accident on my part to do them like this. The great color came from the Rub
