There are a lot of variables there.

15 guys over to watch the game, or some of them ladies from Church?  ;D

Figure a 40% to 50% weight loss on cooking.

I then usually figure 1/2 lb cooked per person, that allows for hearty eaters, seconds and some leftovers. If the budget is tight then do 1/4lb.

So I would cook between 14-16 lbs of raw pork. roughly 1 two-pack from Sams club.

That is going to take about 18-24 hours to get to an IT of 190-200F

FTC a few hours and enjoy.

You could cook it ahead and re-heat in a couple of crock pots with a little vinegar sauce.

As long as you have a freezer, you can't make too much pulled pork.

That will be good for about 4lbs of pulled pork.

That will make 16 1/4lb pork sammies.

No leftovers.

Sounds like a plan. Put the chicken under the pork unless kosher is an issue.

I'm thinking you'd have to have two smokers.  That's it!  I'm telling SWMBO I need another smoker for kosher stuff!  Pastrami, etc.

Yeah! That's it! I _need_ a DBS6 / MAK Three StarGeneral for when I cook for my Kosher friends.

Now where can I find some kosher friends?  ::)

Might try a butcher shop but probably not the same place you get your pork butts.
