Well I finally got my new 6 rack set up and seasoned it today.  I am hoping to make some polish sausage this weekend and get to try it out for real.  I will try to get pics.

Well thru the process of seasoning my smoker I inadvertently smoked my 1st item.  I spider somehow got into the smoker and he is now a brown spider. Funny thing though. IT didn't kill it. Imagine my suprise :o.

I didn't get any pics but I have to say.  THIS THING ROCKS!!!!!!!!!!  Anybody that is not using 1 of these is missing out.  I used a wireless thermometer to keep track of internal meat temp and did the ronco thing.  Set and forget about it.  This is by far the easiest and tastiest smoker that I have ever used.  I even had a friend come by and he is going to order 1 also.  Can't wait to use it again.
