I know I seen a recommended I.T chart on here some where? Now I cant find it. Anyone know where it it? I need to book mark it so I can find it when I need it.   ???

Here is an other chart that gives both the updated USDA recommended temperatures, and the temperatures that are commonly used by chefs and home cooks.
