Title: Fajitas
Post by: Copper Creek on July 04, 2005, 02:24:17 AM
Hey Folks...

Has anyone attempted fajita meat in the Bradley?  Beef, pork or chicken? Any luck?  Anyone care to share your recipe and technique???

Thanks,
Steve

I smoked some chicken breasts over the weekend- dusted with Dizzy Pig Dizzy Dust and smoked with pecan. I made up some fajitas (pickled jalapenos, shredded old cheddar, salsa and sour cream) with the flavorized chicken- very tasty!! Nice way to use up some extra yardbird if you're looking for something different.
