Title: Reveo Question
Post by: Captainslug on October 14, 2010, 07:03:58 PM
When using a wet marinate for Jerky and using a Reveo, do you still need to let the jerky pieces overnight prior to smoking to let it cure?
(Using the proper amount of curing salt of course!)

No

Reveo the jerky, Rack it and smoke em or dehydrate.

How long do you spin it in the reveo? I don't have one so I don't have instructions but looks cool and worth buying.
