Looking for a OBS lower face plate, mine is broken on the left side by the light. any ideas welcome!

How long have you owned it?  within a year Bradley will replace for free

iv'e had it for a couple of years now. is this common for it to break in this area?

Mine has been broke since I first unpacked it in September 2010.

When you get you new face plate you may want to add a couple of rear feet to your order. The following link contains a modification that works most of the time to prevent the crack from happening again.
