Title: white chili
Post by: madtown on October 17, 2010, 01:49:01 PM
Anyone have any white chili recipes worth sharing?

Its opening pheasant season weekend here in South Dakota and I was fortunate enough to get my limit yesterday and today.  I plan on smoking a couple in the OBS and thought they would taste good in some white chili.  But I don't have a recipe and never made it b4.  I can handle the birds.

Thanks!

My friens is a fire fighter for the Sarasota County Fire Department and they jut won the annual chili cookoff.  They made a white chicken chili.  I'll see if he can give me any tips...

Snelly, I'd be interested in that as well!

My wife's school has a chili cookoff every January or so, and I'd like to submit a smoked white [something] chili this time.

I've got no chance on wining, but it is a fun time and they raise a fair amount of $$.
