I was on craigslist employment wanted adds today and noticed this unique opening.

I have never seen an opening for a sausage maker.

A three hour drive one way for a part time job is a little far for me. If it was closer I would be there in a heartbeat.

That wouldn't really matter as much to me. Just the knowledge of sausage making and the tricks and recipes would be worth the time and effort to work with him. If I could make what I am making now (Which aint really that much) and be able to afford living in Milwaukee. And the biggest one Con Miss Vicky into moving there. Look out.

From the story line, my guess is that he is looking for someone to take over the biz and ultimately buy it.  Could be a great opportunity.

I used to buy casings from him years ago. I think I will visit the place on Saturday.
