Title: beefmann's meatloaf

finally decided to do a meat loaf and here is the loaf start to finish

1 green bell pepper, 1 red bell pepper, 2 med. red onions, quartered then chopped in a food processor

4 lbs of ground chuck

1 lb of sweet Italian sausage with out the casing

bell peppers and onions added to the mix

sweet paprika 1 tbls per lb

black pepper 1 tbls per lb

1 tbls ground mustard per lb

minced garlic, 1 clove per lb

i scrambled egg ( like my brain at times ) per lb

Lea & Perrins Worcestershire sauce 1 oz. per lb

all mixed together

gonna let  stand over  night and start smoking and cooking about  6 am and add scalloped potatoes garlic bread and vegetables for dinner.
planning to make it all in the bradley to see how it does , box temp will be set at 225 and smoking 2 hr. 40 min with maple. outta be interesting

more to follow when done.

Man does that look good.  When I smoke a meatloaf, about an hour or so before I think it's done, I'll baste the top of it with my favorite BBQ sauce and then do it once more about 30 minutes before it's done.

thanks, and was thinking of glassing it as well
