Title: Sirloin and Salmon
Post by: Keymaster on October 30, 2010, 06:19:33 PM
Did some  Sirloins, Salmon and Butternut Squarsh. Put my side of Sour cream and horse radish on the plate . The squash was perfect just like the steaks but the Copper river salmon got a little over cooked (wifes way). Awesome dinner all in all.

Got the fan keeping the heat off the new awning

Nice!  But, when I come to visit, take my steak off about 20 minutes before yours!
