This may be silly, but can anyone tell me if it's ok to ice bath my SS when I take it out of the smoker?
It's in a cotton bag. I'm thinking it will be fine.
Also what is the min IT I can pull at, IT's about 151F now and I really need to go to sleep,
way tooooo many beers last night!

Summer came out last night, One cotton bag and one small chubb.
Gave it 4hrs of hickory.

This was a pre made seasoning, I cut in to the small one tonight and it tasted really good.
Got the cotton bag hanging to dry a little.

These were the small ones they also sell larger 5Lb'ers. Sorry don't know the price I bought
a bunch of stuff that day. I have 4 more if you need some right away, let me know.

No at work, CNC is running.
Had a buddy whose wife sewed up cotton sheets into bags and he said they worked great.
