I had a rack of spares that was in the beer fridge for last weekend but they didn't get cooked. So they is going to work with me tonight. I rubbed them with John Henry's Sugar Maple rub on both sides and they went into the DBS at 250ยบ Nekkid!! About 45 minutes before I was ready to pull them I sauced half of them with some Rudy's Sause. Here's what they looked like when I pulled them. The sauced ones are on the bottom of the pic. I will let them cool some then cut and into the conatiner for enjoyment at about 1:30 in the morning. That little fella up in the corner he didn't make to this posting!!

That will be some good mouth candy about 1:30 in morning.
Too bad you can't enjoy a cold beer with them.
