I am going to buy a smoker and not sure what to get.  The digital control or just regular.  I want the stainless steel and I think the wood pucks are the way to go.

i sincerely love my DBS, but if i had the info about smoking that i have now, previous to my purchase, i believe i would have went OBS.

i would go with original then add a PID temp controller
