OK guys and gals I took the big step!!! I just ordered my Bradley 10 min's ago and really looking forward to having it next to my SRG's and Big Easy's!!!!! ;D
Kimmie went and sold all my Christmas lights at a yard sell to pay for it and I'm as happy as a 10.5 in a meat market!!
Brian be ready cause once I get it, it may not look the same once I start playing with it ;D (Just Kidding) really looking forward to it and thanks to the likes of 10.5, CRG, NePa, TestRocket,GusRobin and the rest of "The Family" I now own one !!
I'm siting here crying like a new born. ;D

Long enough to get it here to the house I hope. I might leave it in lng enought to drive NePa nuts but he is a little nuts anyway so I'll open it ASAP . Should be in Tuesday next week! Cabela's had them on sell for 259.99 plus free shipping

I just got off the phone with Tommy and he is excited as a kid on Christmas morning! ;D
I told him the first mod is to add two front feet and then after using it awhile I'm sure he'll think of other mods to make! :o

Hot dog! Get used to the 'low and slow' of the Bradley vs those Turbo Cookers..
Ditto on the front feet. Then you'll need a PID. 2nd element. Rack kit. Convection fan..

My Bradley/BE smoke cooks have been great.
Can't beat the smoke from the Bradley and the BE is a nice finish to certain cooks.
Now if I could just find out how to open my SRG! ;D

If I may... An SRG is a new version of the Char-Broil Big Easy that called the Smoker, Roaster and Grill (SRG) I know a lot about it and probably more then Char-Broil knows ;D not bragging but I have made a lot of mods to mine so it will perform better.
